Malaria Test

Present Plasmodium Falciparum Trophozoites(+)

Techniques to find malaria:

1.SD Malaria Ag P.f/Pan rapid test:

- Deliver 5 µl of blood into sample well.

- Deliver 4 drops of assay diluent into the square assay diluent well.

- Wait a minimum of 15 minutes ( up to 30 minutes) and read results.

2. Smear:

- Make thin and thick smear to confirm the stage of malaria: Trophozoites, gametrocytes or schizonts.
